This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you visit elitecoachpro.com and when you contact us through this website. We process personal data only in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Art. 37 GDPR or § 38 BDSG; data protection matters are handled directly by the management.
Hosting
This website and our email service are hosted by Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. All data is stored on servers located in Germany. When you access the website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data required to deliver the pages to your browser (see "Server Log Files" below). Messages sent to hello@elitecoachpro.com are received and stored on the same infrastructure. Hostinger acts as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Our website data is stored on servers located in Germany. Hostinger may involve sub-processors within the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission is in place.
Server Log Files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This may include:
- Anonymised or shortened IP address
- Date and time of the request

- Browser type and version, operating system
- Referrer URL
This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact Form
If you contact us through the form on this website, we process the data you enter: name, club or organisation, role, email address and, if provided, your message. The form is processed by our own mail script (send-mail.php) hosted on the same EU server; the resulting message is sent to hello@elitecoachpro.com. No third-party form service is used.
Where your enquiry concerns a possible business relationship with us, we process this data in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where your enquiry concerns any other matter, we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); in that case you may object to the processing at any time under Art. 21 GDPR. The form includes a hidden anti-spam field (honeypot) that is not visible to you and collects no personal data.
Providing this data is neither required by law nor by contract. However, we need the fields marked as mandatory in order to identify and answer your enquiry; without them we cannot respond. You are of course free to contact us by email or telephone instead.
Enquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to process your request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 6 months), unless longer statutory retention obligations apply. You may request deletion at any time.
Fonts
All fonts used on this website are self-hosted on the same server as the website itself. No fonts are loaded from external providers such as Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts. No data - including your IP address - is therefore transmitted to any third party for the purpose of displaying fonts.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising services or social media plug-ins. No usage profiles are created and no data is shared with advertising networks. Beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the pages you request, no information is stored on or read from your device (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Because we set nothing that requires consent, no cookie banner is displayed.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not carry out automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR in connection with this website.
This website is an information and contact page. It does not host the EliteCoachPro platform and does not link to it. Any processing of personal data that takes place within the EliteCoachPro platform - including audio recordings and their analysis - is carried out exclusively on behalf of the respective client organisation, which acts as the controller for that processing. The scope, purposes, retention periods and security measures for that processing are governed by the data processing agreement concluded with each client under Art. 28 GDPR, not by this policy.
