The story behind it

Coachmentoring^® was built on the pitch, not at a desk.

The method was developed by Knut Schulz - coach, mentor and trusted industry expert for many years, working with professional clubs, academies and federations.

Knut co-founded EliteCoachPro to give his coach development work the objective, scalable data layer it needed. What began as hands-on mentoring inside professional clubs is now a repeatable process, backed by evidence rather than memory.

STEP 01

The microcycle

Four training sessions and one matchday - a complete week as the coach actually works it. Recorded in real conditions, not in a staged environment.

STEP 02

Five analyses

Every session is analysed against the validated category system: tactical, motivation, organisational, technical, correction and non-training communication - plus Club DNA alignment.

STEP 03

Expert review

An experienced coach developer reads the data with the coach. Patterns are interpreted, priorities agreed, next steps defined. This is where data becomes development.

Repeatable across the season - for one coach, an age group, or an entire academy.
